- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Haldi powder, dhaniya powder, red chilli powder each.
- It’s 1 tsp of chaat masala, roasted jeera powder each.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- You need of Butter.
- You need of Lemon juice.
- It’s of Chopped tomato, coriander, onion.
- Prepare of Grated carrot and raddish.

- Boil the soaked matar with haldi and salt with water..
- Put boiled matar in a pan and add dhaniya powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala, roasted jeera powder into it.. mix it well..
- Add lemon juice as per your taste…
- Put it in a serving bowl and garnish it with some coriander, onion, tomato, carrot, raddish…
- Heat a tawa and put 1 tsp butter into it.. roast kulcha(i bought it from market)from both side…
