Ingredients of Street type aloo ragda chaat
- It’s 4 of potatoes meduim size chopped boiled.
- Make ready 1 of tomato medium size chopped.
- It’s 2 of Onion chopped finely slice and fried.
- Take 1 of onion chopped medium size for topping.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Cumin seed.
- Take 2-3 tbsp of Oil.
- Prepare 2-3 tbsp of Tamarind pulpy paste.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Chaat masala.
- You need of Salt as per taste.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Coriander leaves.
- It’s 1 tbsp of Raw mango finely chopped (optional).
- It’s 1/2 tsp of lemon juice.
- Take 1-2 of Green chilli (optional).

Street type aloo ragda chaat instructions
- First boil the potato and then peel off the skin of potato and cut 1 potato into 4-6 piece.
- Heat the oil in a pan add onion slices then fry golden brown and crispy then remove fried onion from the kadai into a bowl.
- Using same kadai add cumin seed after crackle of cumin seed add chopped medium size potato fry till light brown then add chopped tomato fry for one min.
- Then add red chilli powder fry a minute.
- Then take a bowl add chopped onion, masala potato, tamarind pulpy paste, chaat powder, fried onion, chopped raw mango,lemon juice, salt mix all the ingredients.
- After that garnish with finely chopped green coriander leaves.
- As per your taste u can add green chilli also for more spicy taste.
- Serve hot.
