- In a bowl take flour and baking soda.mix well.add 2 tbsp oil.
- In a pan make water hot and add jaggery.make syrup after boiling and add it to wheat flour mixture.
- Mix well and make a very thick liquid mixture.take oil to fry.sunflower oil is best to make crispy GUGULE..
- Make oil hot then turn flame at low speed.now take small portion in hand and push in oil like I shown.
- Put 5 to 6 small balls like gulgule in once.deep fry and enjoy stay safe stay healthy and happy.
