- Take 1/4 cup of coriander chopped.
- It’s 1 tsp of jeera.
- It’s 1 tsp of saunf.
- It’s 1 tsp of khada dhaniya.
- It’s 1 tsp of salt.
- It’s 1 tsp of Amchur powder.
- You need 3 tbsp of oil.
- It’s 8-10 of black pepper crushed.
- Prepare 1/½ tsp of sugar.
- You need 1 tsp of dhaniya powder.
- It’s 3-4 pinch of Hing.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Lal mirchi powder.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Haldi powder.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Jeera.
- You need as required of Oil for frying.

- Add maida, salt ajwain and oil..
- Make semi soft dough..
- All ingredients used here…
- Heat a pan and add oil and jeera,saunf,dhaniya and fry..
- Add onion,chilli ginger and fry 2 mins..
- Add matar and fry for 1 min..
- Add all dry masale and mix well..
- Add aloo and mix well and then add coriander..
- Divide the dough in 4 equal portions…
- Now roll the dough in oval shape..
- Now make out a cone of a oval shaped dough and fill the samosa filling in the dough..
- Seal it nicely as shown in the photos..
- Make sure to seal the edges nicely else it might crack while frying..
- Now fry the samosas in oil..
- Fry it till they got golden brown colour..
