- Wash, season, cook and fry gizard then keep aside..
- Cut plantain into cubes and fry, then keep aside..
- Heat up oil and fry onions then add tomato paste and fry, add maggi, curry and a little of gizard stock and stir. Add carrot, green pepper and stir for a minute then add gizard and plantain, stir and add salt to taste. Cook for a minute and put off heat.
- Serve with rice or a side dish and enjoy😋😋.
