Ingredients of Gizdodo
- Make ready 2 of ripe plaintain.
- You need 1 cup of gizzard.
- Prepare of Salt.
- Make ready 1/2 cup of onions.
- Take 2 of garlic cloves.
- Prepare of Scotch bonnet.
- It’s of Green and red bell pepper.
- Make ready of Seasoning.

Gizdodo instructions
- Fry plaintain and set it aside.
- Boil gizzard in pot add chicken cube. Set aside.
- Add onions and garlic in pot and sauté with vegetable oil. Add in scotch bonnet and bell pepper and stir fry.
- Add in seasoning cubes and add plaintain and gizzard.
- Mix well and let it cook for about 5 mins.
