- You need 6 cloves of shallots.

- It’s 1 tsp of whole coriander.
- You need 1/2 tsp of whole white pepper.
- It’s 1 cm of galangal.
- Make ready 2 cm of turmeric, peeled and roasted.
- Prepare 3 of red chilies.
