  10. You need 1 tbsp of Vegetable Oil.
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp of Water.

Remove cover and continue to cook, stirring until all the liquid has evaporated.Season with salt and pepper to taste and add vinegar.Add the kale in batches and toss to coat with oil.Remove the lid, season with salt and pepper, and continue cooking for three minutes, or until the moisture has mostly evaporated.
