Leftover rice kuzhi paniyaram/ Appe instructions
- Grind leftover rice to a paste by adding 1/2 cup water..
- Transfer it to a bowl and add rava, mix well by adding water. Then add idli batter(I order to give the texture)..
- Leave the batter for 10 mins..
- Season Mustard, cumin and curry leaves in oil. Add the seasoning to the batter..
- Fry the batter in kuzhi paniyaram pan/ appe pan. Serve hot with chutney or sambar..
