- Prepare 2 tbsp of sugar or brown sugar.
- You need 3 pinch of salt.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.

- Soak tamarind in water for 15 minutes..
- Now take oil in pan add whole red chilli and cumin seeds fry for 2 minutes in low heat then add soaked tamarind with water and seeds if u want to remove seeds that will also better.Add sugar,salt,red chilli powder now cover it up cook for 10 minutes at low heat..
