- Take gram flour and wheat in any big utensil and add oil, salt, red chilly, carom seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric, and asafoetida. Mix all ingredients with the help of water .
- Knead hard dough, cover with cloth keep aside for 20 mins..
- Divide dough in two equal halves. Take one part give it a round shape and on rolling plate roll it. Cut it with ¾ widths. Now cut into 2-2 or ½ inch length. Prepare all .
- Heat oil in a pan with low flame, Fry besan pare on low and medium flame and keep turn it constantly until they get golden brown color..
