Ingredients of Mithe Pare

  1. Take 2 cups of maida.
  2. You need 1 cup of sugar.
  3. Make ready 150 ml of oil.
  4. You need 1 tbsp of white til.
  5. It’s As needed of Water.

Mithe Pare instructions

  1. Put maida in a plate and 4 tbsp oil in it and hot water mix all three and make a dough..
  2. Make puri from dough and cut it in pieces..
  3. Heat oil in kadhai and add to it the puri pieces and fry it..
  4. Add 1cup sugar and half cup water in a kadhai and heat it and make sugar syrup from it and when sugar syrup gets ready than add fried puri pieces into it and mix 1/2 tbsp til in it and let the syrup get soaked in puri pieces for sometime.Then the mithe pare is ready to eat..
  5. It can be stored for a month also..
