  1. Take 1 dozen of eggs.
  2. It’s 1/4 cup of chipotle mayo.
  3. Take 1 tbsp of dijon mustard.
  4. It’s 1/4 cup of chopped green onions.
  5. Take 1/4 tsp of salt and pepper.
  6. It’s 1 1/2 cup of flour.
  7. Prepare 2 each of eggs, beaten.
  8. Make ready 2 cup of panko crumbs.
  9. It’s 1 of peanut oil for frying.

Brenda's Fried Deviled Eggs instructions

  1. Add the eggs to a large saucepan filled to cover eggs with cold water. Bring to a boil. As soon as the water comes to a good rolling boil remove from heat and let sit in water for about 15 minutes..
  2. Peel eggs and slice lengthwise. Remove yolks to a bowl. Add mayo, mustard, onions, salt and pepper. Blend well. Adjust seasoning to taste..
  3. Note: you do not want the mixture to be soft and mushy, so that it stays in the whites when rolling for frying..
  4. Place mixture in a Ziploc bag and clip corner to use to fill egg whites..
  5. Heat oil to 350°F..
