Ingredients of Ragi Dosa with Coriander stem chutney

  1. Prepare of ragi.
  2. You need of Urad dal.
  3. Prepare of raw rice.
  4. Make ready of fenugreek seeds.
  5. Make ready of coriander stem.
  6. Take of curry leaves.
  7. It’s of green chilies.
  8. Prepare of Cumin seeds.
  9. You need of Salt.

Ragi Dosa with Coriander stem chutney step by step

  1. Soak Ragi, Urad dal, Raw rice, fenugreek seeds for 3-4 hours..
  2. Mix them all and keep aside for 12 hours for formentation..
  3. Once it is formentated add salt as per your taste..
  4. Then preapre a flower shape dosa..
  5. For Green chutney,take the stem of coriander leaves,little amount of curry leaf, green chili, cumin seeds for digestion and salt..
  6. Just fry baby onions with little amount of urad dal and curry leaf, if you like to enhance the taste..

Coriander stem chutney is yet another recipe that i learnt during my sojourn in Bangalore.The whole recipe is based on balance of different flavours (sweet, salty, sour & spicy).It is a change from the coconut based and tomato based chutneys that i am used to.
