  1. Make ready 1 pkg of ramen noodles, crushed,flavor packet discarded.
  2. It’s 1/4 cup of sliced almonds.
  3. It’s 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds.
  4. Prepare 1/4 cup of butter,melted.
  5. You need 1 head of romaine lettuce washed and dried.
  6. You need 1 (5 ounce) of bag spinach.
  7. Take 1 pint of strawberries hulled and thinly sliced.
  8. Make ready 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese.
  9. Prepare of Dressing.
  10. Make ready 3/4 cup of sugar.
  11. It’s 1/2 cup of red wine vinegar.
  12. Take 3/4 cup of vegetable oil.
