Ingredients of Palak-Potato Cheesy Dosa

  1. Take of Dosa Batter-.
  2. Make ready of rice (soaked for 6hrs).
  3. Take of Split white lentil (urad dal)(soaked for 6 hrs).
  4. You need of Fenugreek seeds(soaked with rice).
  5. Prepare of flatten rice (Poha) (Soaked it and put while grinding).

Really easy to prepare. palak puri is made by adding palak puree while making dough for puri.This boondi raita is a perfect combo for palak puri, it goes.Add potatoes, spinach, and green chilies into dry mix, mix it well and add water as needed to make soft and sticky dough.When you are ready to fry pakoras mix the veggies with dry ingredients, otherwise spinach and potatoes will leave the water because of salt.

Palak-Potato Cheesy Dosa step by step

  1. Drain all water from the Soaked ingredients. Take a grinding jar add all ingredients with curd. Crush it. To get a smooth sticky batter if required add water. Take it out in the bowl. Whisk it. Cover it and keep it for fermentation in hot place for 2-3 hours..
  2. Take a grinding jar add blanch palak, green chillies, garlic crush it in smooth paste..
  3. After 3 hours of fermentation add salt to the batter and water mix it well.
  4. Mix it vigorously so will get batter lighter and florin in consistency. Get all ingredients ready..
  5. Put the dosa tava on medium flame to get hot. Sprinkle some water so the tava get little cool. Wipe it with cloth. Pour the batter on hot tava and spread with the laddle..
  6. Once the dosa ready from one side. Put the put butter. And spinach paste. Spread it on whole dosa..
  7. Spread grated boiled potatoes, chat Masala and Grated cheese. Let it get crunchy and golden. Dosa is ready..
  8. Serve the Dosa with Coconut Chutney and green spicy Chutney. Now follow 5to7 steps again get ready other dosas and enjoy!.
