Bruschetta Recipe. The true flavor of the bruschetta is on the "sauce" that forms from the tomatoes'juices, olive oil, and seasonings marinating together. To keep the bread from getting soggy, make sure it is well toasted, and use a slotted spoon to serve, if desired.

You can have Bruschetta using 8 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you cook that.

Ingredients of Bruschetta

  1. Prepare 4-5 of Sliced bruschetta (or simple bread).
  2. Prepare as required of Cherry tomatoes or normal slices.
  3. Prepare 5-6 of spinach leaves.
  4. Make ready as required of Dried basil powder or fresh.
  5. Prepare as required of Mozzarella cheese.
  6. Make ready as required of Olive oil.
  7. Prepare as per taste of Oregano.
  8. Take as per taste of Chilli flakes.
