- Now take a pan add some oil,1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp chilli garlic paste, add some salt..
- Add 1 chopped onion,1 chopped tomato and saute well..
- Add 1/2 tsp turmeric, curry leaves, Coriander and mashed boiled potatoes and saute them well..
- Now take a dosa tawa and spread dosa batter and cook it for 4-5 min and let it cook till it becomes crispy..
- Now put the masala in the middle of dosa and close the dosa from both sides..
- Masala dosa is ready and serve it with sambhar and coconut chutney..
