- Soak rice and pulses for half an hour. Take a pan add oil cumin, ginger garlic paste, clove bay leaf,hing,and all types of vegetables add 2 spoons salt as per taste garam masala. Add rice and pulse with water stir for 2 mins then add lemon juice.
- Take all this in cooker and steam it for 15 mins..
- Please don't put whistle just steam it..
- Serve it with one spoon homemade Ghee. Sprinkle coriander and serve hot..
