  2. Now keep in water for an hour. In a cooking pan, add cooking oil 3tbsp, beef, and cook it for 4-5 minutes then add salt..
  3. In another cooking pot, add water, soaked pulse, fried beef, salt, turmeric, red chilli crushed, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, green chilli and steam it for 3-4 hours on a low flame..
  4. After well cook, mash it. for Seasoning: in a pan, add cooking oil, onion, cumin, red chilli powder, ginger & garlic paste and fry it..
  5. Tasty Haleem is ready. Serve hot..
