Instant Dosa step by step
- Heat some oil in a pan add heing, cumin seeds, green chillies,all spices and add meshed potatoes.Now mix nicely..
- In a bowl take rice flour, semolina,maida and curd,mix nicely.Now add salt, black pepper powder, curry leaves,some chopped onion and add 4 bowl water.Bowl must be same which used for measurement.We can leave batter for rest for 15-30 min..
- Heat a tawa,add some oil and spread it nicely with tissue paper.At high flame pour the little-2 batter.Sprinkle some oil or butter.Cook it until it crisp brown..
- Now spread some Ching's chutney,put potato mixture and some chopped onion,fold it and serve with any chutney..
