  1. Add all mix pulses in pressure cooker along with salt and turmeric powder and cook for 2-3 whistle..
  2. For making bafla dough – add all ingredients in big bowl mix and knead a dough… Divide dough into 7-8 portions and make a round balls..Make them little flat… Meanwhile put wok on gas stove add water to boil baflas….Add prepared baflas in boiling water…And boil them for 4-5 mins…After that take them out in a plate allow them to cool..
  3. We can make baflas with two different ways…First cut it into 4 parts and fry them in ghee…And another way is bake them in microwave or in bati oven for 20-25 min..From both sides (for 10 -10mins.).
  4. Now for making dal heat a wok or deep pan with 1tbsp of oil…Add cumin seeds,…Let them splutter…Add hing…Onion..Fry till pink in colour….Add ginger, garlic…Saute….Add tomatoes, green chilli., Salt, and turmeric powder…And cook till tomatoes gets soft..Add garam masala and chopped fresh coriander…Saute…Add boiled dal… Along with water as required..(.2 cup)..And cook for 4-5 min..Heat a tempering pen add 1 tbsp of ghee…Add red chilli powder.. pour tadka in dal…
  5. For cucumber rayta…Mix all ingredients in whisked curd and mix..
