Ingredients of My Tuna Salad

  1. Make ready 2 cans of tuna (in water).
  2. Prepare 2 of hard boiled eggs.
  3. Prepare 1 of large stalk celery, diced (optional).
  4. Make ready 2 tbsp of sweet relish or diced dill pickles.
  5. It’s 2 tbsp of white onion (minced).
  6. It’s 2 tsp of yellow mustard.
  7. Prepare 2 tsp of dried parsley.
  8. Take to taste of Salt and pepper.
  9. It’s 1/2 tsp of dried dill weed.
  10. You need 1/2 tsp of celery seed.
  11. Take 1/2 tsp of hot sauce (I use Frank's Red Hot Sauce).
  12. Take 1 tsp of lemon juice.

  1. In a medium pot boil 2 large eggs..
  2. Add drained tuna to bowl and gently break up large chunks..
  3. Add eggs, mayonnaise, celery, pickles, onion, mustard, parsley, salt, pepper and/or optional dill, celery seed, hot sauce, and lemon juice..
  4. Gently stir everything together and serve in a sandwich, with crackers or on a salad. Or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use. Enjoy!.
