Ingredients of Mixed Daal paratha

  1. It’s 1/2 bowl of Arhar daal/pulses.
  2. Prepare 1/2 bowl of moong daal/pulses.
  3. Prepare 1 bowl of wheat flour.
  4. Make ready 2 of onion.
  5. Make ready 2 of green chillies.
  6. You need 4 of garlic.
  7. It’s 1 tsp of gram flour.
  8. Make ready 1/2 tsp of grated ginger.
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  10. Take 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  11. You need 1/2 tsp of black pepper.
  12. It’s 1/2 tsp of carom seeds.

Mixed Daal paratha instructions

  1. First wash both the daal/pulses 3 times with water & cooked in a pressure cooker with 3 whistle in low flame..
  2. Meanwhile chopped vegetables like onion,green chillies,garlic & fresh coriander leaves..
  3. After 3 whistle open the cooker lid & let them cool..
  4. Take a big bowl add wheat flour & 1 spoon gram flour then add all chopped vegetables like onion,green chillies,ginger garlic & corrainder leaves then mix well..
  5. Now add all dry spices like red chilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper & asafoetida, cumin seeds & carom seeds & salt too..
  6. Daal get cool so add slowly in a flour with hands to make a soft dough..
  7. No need to add water..
  8. Quantity of daal required quantity of flour so don't use water..
  9. Prepare a soft dough without using water it's completely daal dough for paratha so keep aside for few minutes..
  10. Heat the pan & make Paratha as per your likings shape like traingle or square..
  11. Shallow fry with less oil for both the sides..
  12. Serve hot with homemade curd or homemade butter or any types of Chutney or pickle..
