  1. It’s 250 grams of black gram pulse or greengram.

  12. You need 500 grams of Oil for frying.

  4. Heat oil in pan, take a ball size batter and hole from middle put it into oil, fry till golden brown.
  5. Then put this vada in cold water for 10 mins. After 10 mins squeeze excess water.
  6. Serve into different plates, keep 3 vada add beaten curd, Red chilli powder, chaat masala, green chutney, tomato sause,Tamarind chutney, sev and roasted cumin powder.
  7. Now ready to serve.
