Dal Sandwich Recipe. Dal Sandwich is a delicious snack dish, here yummy toast is topped with cooked moong dal and then garnished with nylon sev and spices. This is one of the tastiest street chaat to fill the hungry stomach.

Ingredients of Dal Sandwich

  1. Prepare of For making dal.
  2. It’s 1/2 cup of Yellow moong dal.
  3. It’s 1/2 tsp of Salt , Turmeric powder.

  5. Take 1 spoon of Ghee, Dhaniya powder, Garam masala powder.
  6. Take 1/2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  7. Prepare of To make Sandwich.
  8. You need 4 of Bread slices.
  9. It’s 1 of boiled potato, Beetroot boiled ,Cucumber.
  10. You need 3-4 spoons of Green coriander mint chutney ,.
  11. It’s to taste, of salt.
  12. It’s as per taste, of Chat masala to sprinkle, red chilli powder.
  13. Prepare as required of Finely chopped beetroot pieces Sev and coriander lev for garnish.

  1. Now take another slice and apply green chutney over it. Place it on previous bread slice. Now heat the griddle/pan. Put some butter/ ghee..
  2. Keep this sandwich on it to roast on both sides.

Take this on serving plate.Cut into  pieces. Pour prepared hot dal over it with spoon. Sprinkle chaat masala..
