Ingredients of Soji halwa
- Take Half of kg soji.
- Make ready 1 cup of sugar.
- Prepare 3 cup of water.

- Put a pan on low medium stove to heat it up..
- Add half kg soji in it..
- And keep back and forth soji in pan with spoon until it is slightly brown and give out fragnance..
- Then add water to it and keep on moving for 2 minutes, then add sugar to it..
- Keep moving the spoon for 2 3 minutes until soji is in thick and smooth consistency..
- Soji halwa is ready then garnish it with crushed almonds and nuts..
