  1. Take 7 pcs of Aloo /potatoes.
  2. Take 4 pcs of Tomatoes.
  3. It’s 2 tsp of Hari mirch/ red chilli powder.
  4. Take 4 of medium sized Pyaaz/ onion.
  5. You need As needed of Matar / pulses.

  3. Now add mashed potatoes to it in the pan and stir it. Add adequate amount of water and leave it to cook for 5 mins on a low flame, add half butter to it as well for the flavour. After 5 min the bhaji is all ready, put some coriander leaves for appearance and serve it with the paws and sliced nimbu as per taste..
