  22. Take 2 tbsp of ghee for moin.
  23. You need as needed of oil for deep fry.
  24. Prepare to taste of Salt.

Dalbafla instructions

  1. Wash and soak dal for 2hours best you soak overnight.
  2. Pressure cook dal added salt and turmeric powder for 2whistles keep aside cool down.
  3. Heat oil in pan add hing cumin seeds garlic saute it for minute add onion saute it 2min add ginger and tomato mix it and cook till tomatoes cook add dry spices mix it.
  4. Add curry leaves and coriander leaves mix it add cooked dal mix it add water to adjust consistency.
  5. Boil for 5minutes on medium high heat.
  6. Take flour in mixing bowl add ghee and rub it till you get crumbs texture.
  7. Add salt carom seeds cumin seeds fenal and water to make dough knead soft dough keep aside for 10minutes after rest divide it in five portion and make ball mean while boil water and place bafla for boiling for ten minutes strain it bring it to room temperature cut in half and deep fry it serve with dal and salad.
