Ingredients of Semolina(Rava) Appe !!
- You need of For Appe:.
- You need 2 cup of Semolina (rava).
- Take 1 cup of Curd.
- You need 1 tbsp of Salt.
- Take 2 tbsp of Oil.
- Prepare 1/2 TSP of Baking soda.
- It’s of As required water.
- Take of For tempering :.
- It’s 2 tbsp of Oil.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Black gram skinned.
- It’s 1 tsp of Jeera.
- It’s 1/2 TSP of Asafoetida.
- Prepare 5-6 of Curry leaves.
- It’s 2 of Red chilli.
- It’s 2 of Green chilli.
- Take of For chutney:.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Daliya.
- Make ready 1 TSP of Jeera.
- It’s 1 of Green chilli.
- Prepare 4 Cloves of Garlic.
- You need 1/2 TSP of Salt.
- Make ready 1/2 TSP of sugar.
- Take 2 tbsp of Curd.
- It’s of Green coriander.

Semolina(Rava) Appe !! instructions
- In a pot, take 2 cup of Semolina add Curd, Salt and mix it. Add 1 cup of water and let it rest for 10 minutes..
- After 10 minutes, take oil in a pan and heat it. Add Jeera, Asafoetida, curry leaves, red and green chillies and Black gram to it..
- Let it crackle for a minute and add this to the batter. Mix everything well. The batter should have a dropping consistency, if not add little water to it. Add 1/2 TSP of Baking soda and mix it well so that it gets fluffy..
- Take Appe Patra (mould) and grease it with Oil, put it on gas on medium flame and put this batter in mould one by one and cover it with a lid..
- After 2 minutes, turn each Appe upside down, add a drop of oil. Let it cook for 2 minutes again on medium flame..
- Once they get golden brown and crispy, take out all the Appe..
- For chutney, take Daliya, Chilli,Coriander leaves, Sugar, Salt and Curd and add little water and grind it well..
- Serve Appe with Chutney and enjoy !!!!.
