- Soak the rice for 8 hours, Urad Dal for 2 hours and puffed rice for 10 minutes..
- Grind everything to a fine paste and mix everything together..
- Leave it to ferment in half filled vessels for minimum of 8 hours..
- Mix it again and add salt as per taste just before beginning to cook..
- Pour the batter onto a tawa with the help of a ladle and spread it around in circles. Pour a few drops of oil on it and let it cook on high flame.
- When it turns golden brown from one side, remove it on plate. Before pouring batter for the next dosa, clean the tawa with help of a half cut onion so as to lower it's temperature..
