This is an instant and simple recipe to make tasty Rava Uttapam. This is the best option for instant snack or breakfast.

Here is the best “Rawa sooji Bhature” recipe we have found so far. This will be smell and look delicious.

Ingredients of Rawa sooji Bhature

  1. It’s 1 1/2 Cup of Rawa (sooji).
  2. You need 1/2 Cup of maida/All purpose flour.
  3. Take 1 tsp of Sugar.
  4. You need 1/2 tsp of Salt.
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp of Eno (fruit salt).
  6. Take 3-4 tbsp of oil.
  7. Make ready As needed of Water.
  8. It’s 2 Cup of oil for frying.

Just soak the rava for an hour and mix salt.Sooji uttapam are easy, quick, soft and tasty uttapams made with rava which is also called sooji or cream of wheat.Occasionally i make Rawa payasam instead of Rice/Samiya Payasam.There are two variations in the Rawa payasam and i am giving both.

Rawa sooji Bhature step by step

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix together both flour,salt,sugar and Eno mix it well..
  2. Next Now add oil..
  3. Mix all of these until the oil incorporate well into the flour..
  4. Pour normal water slowly slowly and being to mix form a dough..
  5. Knead the dough very well untill soft. when you press down the dough,it should dent meaning it so soft..
  6. Now you can cover and rest the dough for 2 to 4 hours(if it's summer, if you want in winters so u need 10 to 12 hours) in a warm place.. best place put bhature bowl in microwave fully cover…
  7. Smoothen the balls to make them crack free. Grease your rolling surface well and place a dough ball..
  8. Now roll the bhatura to a oval or round shape whatever u want..
  9. It's ready to fry see bhatura is ready to serve…enjoy.
