- Make ready 1 cup of rava.
- Prepare 1 cup of curd.
- You need 1/2 tsp of salt.
- It’s 1/4 cup of water.
- Make ready 1/4 tsp of Eno (fruit salt).
- Take As needed of Oil for greasing.

- Take a bowl Add rava, curd, salt and mix it well. Rest it for 20 minutes..
- After 20 minutes it soaked well. Now add water &mix it well..
- Add Eno mix it well. Smooth batter is ready. Grease idli plate with oil. Transfer the batter in idli plate..
- Steam idlis for 15 minutes. Rest it for cool..
- After cooling take out the idlis and serves with chutney /sambhar..
