- It’s 1 cup of Sooji.
- Make ready 1/2 cup of Curd.

- Take sooji in a bowl..
- Add curd in it,also add salt as per taste,red chilli powder and mix it well.Add little water as per requirement and keep it covered for resting for 10 minutes..
- After 10 min,the batter becomes thick, add little water more to make pouring consistency. Now add baking soda in it and mix it well. Batter is ready..
- Now take non-stick pan,at low flame apply oil with brush.Pour batter and spread the batter with ladle.On batter,spread potatoes mixture on it.Sprinkle some oil in it.Cover the pan with lid.Then after sometime flip it,so that it is cooked from other side also..
- Again flip it and serve it with tomato ketchup..
