  1. Grind the chillies, jeera,coriander seeds,coconut along with the batter into a smooth paste..

  3. Add the cooking soda and salt to taste.Add little water for the dosa consistency.Remember to keep it moderately thick..
  4. Pre-heat the tawa and spread the dosa batter.add oil and cook on a medium flame.Turn the dosa  (like you do a normal dosa) and take it off the tawa..
  5. Serve it hot with fresh coconut chutney or any chutney of your choice.
