  1. Take 50 gm of moong or any dal.
  2. Prepare 1 of bowl.
  3. Prepare 1 of big onion chopped.
  4. Make ready of garlic n ginger vry little.
  5. It’s of turmeric powder.
  6. Make ready of salt.
  7. It’s of green chilli.
  8. It’s 1 of tomato chopped.
  9. Make ready of garam masala.

  1. Wash the pulses n chopped all vegitable.
  2. Put a cooker on flame put some oil add some akka jeera n chopped garlic add a bay leave also.
  3. Add onion saute it then add tomato n all masala as pr your test.
  4. Fry all masala then add dal n chopped bottel guard.
  5. Mix all this n add water as ur required but not make thick curry.
  6. Cook it for two whistle sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves n enjoy with rice or chapati.
