Ingredients of Mix pulse chila

  1. Make ready 100 gm of Chana(brown chickpeas).
  2. It’s 100 gm of Mung (Green gram).
  3. Prepare 50 gm of Urad(black gram).
  4. It’s 300 gm of Grated bottle gourd.
  5. Prepare 3 of chhoped green chilli.
  6. Prepare 2 pinch of hing (Asafoetida).
  7. Make ready 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder.
  8. Prepare 1 cup of created cheese.
  9. It’s 1 tsp of created ginger and green chhoped coriander.
  10. Prepare 1 tbsp of cumins seeds.
  11. You need to taste of Salt.
  12. Take As needed of Water.
  13. Make ready as needed of Oil.

Mix pulse chila step by step

  1. Rines the all pulses 3 to 4 time in water.sook pulses with water 5 hours. Or overnight.Tha pulses will swell or double up in size,discard the water.take a kar & add the pulses don't add too much water else they might not griend evenly.we need smooth and lumber free batter for chillas..
  2. Take a big bowl and add all the ingredients with grind pulse paste to it & some water mix very well,make thik batter.The consistency of the batter has to be of pouring consistency.Allow the batter rest for 15-20 min.after 20 min agian mix batter..
  3. Now Heat the pan before you make the chillas add a scoop full batter towards and centre of the pan.the batter will spread Little on it's just rooted the batter with the bake of spatula giving around the even shape drizzle few drop of oil around the edges of the chillas.cook the chillas on medium flame,after 1 min they will look crispy and brown.Flip the chillas and cook the other side for a min.the chillas appears Crips and brown remove and place aside.similary make all others chillas..
  4. Serve it with your favorites chutney & dip..
