  1. You need of Semolina.
  2. You need of Water.
  3. It’s of small chopped tomato.
  4. It’s of chopped green chili.
  5. Prepare of small chopped onion.
  6. You need of small chopped carrot.
  7. Prepare of chopped red yellow or green Bellpaper.
  8. Take of oil.
  9. Make ready of butter.
  10. Prepare of Curry leaves.
  11. Take of mustard seed.

  22. You need of crushed garlic.
  23. You need of mayonnaise.

Italian Upma- a tasty veggie blast step by step

  1. Take a deep pan. Heat oil..
  2. Then add butter, curry leaves, green chili, cumin seeds, mustard seed, urad dal, chanadal, mix everything well. And fry it 5 seconds..
  3. Then add mix nuts and fry it for 15 seconds. Then add chopped onions and fry it..
  4. Then add chopped tomatoes and carrot, corn, salt, mix it well. And cover it for 3 minutes..
  5. Then add mix Bell poppers and cook it well. Now add black pepper powder, mix herbs, pizza seasoning, chilli flakes, crused garlic and then add semolina, roasted it very well for 3 minutes. Then add water, mix it properly and cover the lid. This time the flame should be law. Now open the lid, stirred it again and cover the pan. We need to this twice or thrice..
  6. As our upma get cooked, here we add red chilli sauce, tomato sauce and mayonnaise and mix every thing well..
  7. Now upma is ready. Serve..
