Pineapple Squash step by step
- Remove pineapple skin, grate it and weigh it. Use other ingredients in proportion to the weight. This recipe is as per 1 kg weight of grated pineapple. You can adjust accordingly..
- Of the 1750 ml water, boil 500 ml water. Once the water starts boiling switch off the flame and put grated pineapple in it. Let it soak for 10 mins..
- After that put the grated pineapple in the mixer and blend it. Use a seive to filter the pineapple juice..
- Make a sugar syrup from 1750g sugar and 1250ml water and add 5 tsp citric acid to it..
- Add pineapple juice to the sugar syrup and mix it well. Store this in a bottle for future use..
- Add 1/4 part pineapple squash and 3/4 water to make a refreshing drink.
