- You need 1/2 tsp of cumin powder.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder.
- Make ready 2 tsp of lemon juice.
- It’s 4-5 tsp of semolina (rava).
- Make ready as needed of Semolina (rava) for coating.
- It’s 2 cup of Oil for fry.

- Take a beetroot Peel it and wash it then cut it into the pieces and grind it in the mixture jar then by pressing with hand remove excess water form beetroot..
- Then take big bowl put grind beetroot, corn seeds then add 1 mash potato, onion, capsicum, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste and put all dry ingredients in it lemon juice and 4 to 5 spoon semolina also and mix all ingredients..
- Then take some batter on hand give any shape of your choice and take semolina in a plate and coat the cutlet in semolina.In these way make all corn beetroot cutlet and put in refrigerator for 10 to 15 min..
- After 10 to 15 min remove the cutlet from ref.and dip fry it.And corn beetrrot cutlet are ready and serve it with tomato ketchup..
