- You need 1 litre of Full Cream/ Full Fat Milk.
- Take 2 tbsp of Corn Flour.
- It’s 1 cup of Sugar.
- You need 1 Tsp of Pistachio Essence.
- Take 1/2 Tsp of Paan Essence.
- Make ready 4-5 drops of Green Food colour.

- First of all boil the milk in a deep vessel.
- Once boiled, simmer the flame.
- Now keep stiring the milk occasionally.
- Take a bowl and add 2tbs of Corn flour and add 3tbs of cold milk and mix it well.
- Now add this paste to the boiling milk and stir it well.
- Bring the milk to half of the quantity.
- Once done, add 1.5cups of sugar it in and still till the sugar dissolves fully.
- Now turn off the gas.
- And let the milk rest for 10mnts.
- Now add both the essence (Paan and Pistachio) in the milk and mix it well.
- Add 4-5 drops of green food colour into it and stir it well, now allow the milk to come to the room temperature.
- Transfer the milk into Ice cream moulds and keep it in the freezer, once frozen, enjoy it with your kids and family😋.
