- It’s 2 of Tofu (cut into square).
- Take 4 of Eggplant ๐ (cut Square).
- Take of Oil for cooking.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Chicken Powder (optional).
- Take of Salt and Sugar (depend on your taste).
- Take of Spices.
- It’s 1 of Big Chili ๐ถ.
- Take 2 of Chili Padi (can add more if you like spicy).
- You need 3 of tomatoes ๐ .
- Take 3 of red onions.
- You need 2 of Garlic.
- It’s 1/2 Tsp of Belacan.

- Deep fry tofu and eggplant until half cooked.
- Blend all the spices, fry with oil until little bit dry..
- Add chicken powder,sugar and salt..
- Add in Fried tofu and eggplants. Mix well and serve.
