  2. You need 1 bag of of blue corn chips.
  3. Prepare 2 lb of extra lean ground beef.
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of olive oil, extra virgin.
  5. Prepare 1 of whole yellow onion.
  6. Make ready 1 can of kidney beans.
  7. It’s 1 1/2 cup of monterey jack cheese.
  8. It’s 6 of roma tomatoes.

  12. It’s 1 tbsp of chili powder.
  13. Take 1/4 tsp of garlic powder.

Football Season Nachos step by step

  1. Brown the meat EVOO & half the Onion until brown. Drain the fat.
  2. Seaaon meat & stir to combine . Add beans and hot water reduce heat & simmer.
  3. Pico de Gallo : mix other half of onion with tomato, jalapeno, cilantro,lime juice and 1/2 tsp salt . Set aside.
  4. In a baking pan layer nachos with meat , chips and cheese alternating colours..
  5. Bake at 325 until cheese is melted and top with pico de gallo and avocado.
  6. Serve with sour cream & an ice cold beer.
