- make meat mix, the recipe for meat mix is on my profile (bell pepper, garlic & onion).
- drain ground beef. add milk, noodles, and seasoning package..
- cook according to instructions on box..
- when noodles are tender add the sour cream and stir into mixture. turn off fire and stir until the sour cream is mixed in well..
